College can get stressful, especially senior year, and this weekend I chose to get rid of some of that stress by visiting my sister and her husband and going to Disney World for a couple of days. It is no secret that the Florida heat can get pretty intense. But if there is one thing I have learned as a new Floridian it is that during the Fall months it can be extremely hot one day, and cold the next. That is why I love this outfit.

For my trip to Animal Kingdom I wore this Winnie the Pooh tee with my overalls, Minnie ears, and cinderella's castle fanny pack. The great thing about this outfit is if it were to get cold in the evening and we were still in the park I could throw an oversized sweat shirt over it and it would still work.

The next day was Sunday so we went to Church and then that afternoon we went to the mall and the Polynesian Village Resort for dinner and fireworks. My family and I have always loved going here. Entrance into any of the resorts at Disney is completely free, all you have to pay for is the meal if you choose to eat in the cafeteria, which is anywhere from $11.99 for an adults meal and above.

For this night I did not take any pictures of what I wore but I wore a Mickey Mouse sweat shirt and biker shorts since it was a little bit chilly. After dinner we walked down to watch the fireworks, if you get there early enough you can sit down on the beachside and get a really good view of the fireworks. I highly recommend doing this for at least one night of your vacation.

To end the night we took a boat over to the Magic Kingdom park.

Having moved to Florida two years ago I was not prepared for how hot it gets. Our winters look nothing like they did in Tennessee: Of course, it does get a little chilly right in the middle of winter, but still that only lasts for about a month. Finding clothes for church that will work both for chilly weather, and hot weather can be challenging, but a few months ago I found this dress.

What I love the most about this dress is it goes great alone, or with a white cardigan thrown over it. On this day I decided to just wear it alone with some hoop earrings and pull my hair up in a claw clip. However, it did actually turn out to be cold this day so I easily could have put a cardigan with it.

Finding a lot of easy to put together and cute, fashionable pieces is something I have been working on during my time at college. This piece is one of my favorites:) I have this cropped dark green ribbed shirt along with a basic pair of jean overalls, some hoop earrings, blue light glasses and for the shoes I like to just slip on some birkenstocks or Chaco's. This piece would be perfect for a day at the farmer's market, a walk at the park, or even a day at the beach.

My favorite thing about this piece is that it is not only so easy to put together, but that the overalls can go with any of my shirts. This is a perfect neutral piece:)
